Hello, I’m Helen!
I’m a blogger based in London, who’s been interested in practising mindfulness for some years now. I’ve spent a lot of time theorising about happiness, writing poems for self awareness, and pursuing mindfulness activities and active self-care techniques to protect my mental well-being.
I‘m a firm believer that cheerfulness is a state of mind that we, as humans, can choose and cultivate. So, I write this blog for anyone who wants to calm down their mind a little, enjoy the smaller pleasures in daily life, and live in the present, in a positive way. And for myself, as I believe in all the above too.
