Hello, I’m Helen.
Years of theorising about happiness, writing poems for self awareness, and pursuing mindfulness activities to combat a major fear of being unhappy, eventually led to this blog.
I write this for anyone who believes that cheerfulness is a state of mind that can be chosen and maintained. For anyone who wants to appreciate the smaller pleasures in life. For anyone who tries to live in the present. And for myself, who believes in all of the above. We’re all chasing cheerful.
